THE NJCL IS now officially a refereed journal
Since we have followed a system of peer-review for years, the official declaration of the NJCL as a refereed journal is long overdue. All articles submitted, are subject to anonymous review by one of our referees, or if the subject-matter requires, an outside reviewer.
